Free shipping is available on all orders to UK mainland.

Furniture Solutions offers a 1-2 Working Day delivery as standard, although most deliveries are made next working. This doesn't include bank holidays or other advertised or notified closure or holiday days.

The above delivery times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Order before 3pm BST Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched same day!

Orders placed on Friday (After 3pm), Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

*Please note all domestic deliveries are door step only deliveries and it would be at the drivers discretion to offer further assistance with your delivery.

*Pallet deliveries are curb side only delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Urban Lockers can organise a collection for you however collection fees may apply and would be deducted from your refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@furnituresolutions.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We aim to rectify any issue you may have same day.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item.
